Electrical Installation Condition Report
An EICR inspection looks at the fuse board, circuit breakers, wiring, and earth bonding – the type of electrics that you cannot ordinarily see. Overloading, potential fire hazards, and faults are looked for along with anything that contravenes safety regulations. An EICR report doesn’t cover the installations such as the fridge, it’s a survey of the underlying electrical system.
